I have to make map with our custom dynamic map (no basemap) with territorial division (voivodships, poviats and gminas) and colorize these shapes according to loaded from additional sources (database). Shapes on dynamic layer map doesn't contain numeric data but only territorial code (TERYT), that I can map to data in database.
How can I do this? I'm just beginning work with ArcGIS, so please help me.
