I am looking to utilize the REST API for the python notebook server, however I am unsure of how to access it as my organization only has ArcGIS Online and not Enterprise.
Ideally I would like to use the "Execute Notebook" method via post to have one script listening for a condition to be true, then running an ArcGIS Online Notebook appropriately.
Let me know if this is possible to do without having an Enterprise Notebook Server.
