I'm migrating my services from ArcGIS Server 10.05 to 10.21, and I'm having trouble with querys using date (esriFieldTypeDate) fields.
On the Where parameter I put the following text:
DTINCORPORACAO < '10/06/2014' AND CODMUNICIPIO =2740
Both services are identical, have the same base, field and field types, but on the 10.21 service it doesn't returns results, and when I query it to bring every register (typing "1=1" on the Where field) with the DTINCORPORACAO on the outfields, it brings the results as the following:
10.05 service
