Upgrading ArcGIS Pro from 3.0.4 to 3.1 before ArcGIS Enterprise is at 11.1

With ArcGIS Pro 3.1 released (see https://twitter.com/ArcGISPro/status/1628872367257661447?s=20) is the advice to ensure that ArcGIS Enterprise is upgraded from 11.0 to 11.1 before upgrading of ArcGIS Pro 3.0.4 to 3.1?

ArcGIS Pro 3.1 will be compatible with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 and the documentation will be updated once ArcGIS Enterprise is released. Please refer to ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise compatibility matrix.

ArcGIS Pro 3.1 may be tested against file geodatabase.  NOTE: Certain new capabilities are dependent on ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 LRS service.
