Hi,
it seems that the FullExtent property is not populated when a MPK is consumed as LocalArcGISFeatureLayer. Consuming the same layer as ArcGISLocalDynamicMapServiceLayer will populate this property.
Is this expected behavior or a bug ?
using ArcGIS Runtime BETA 2.
