Edit attached code of a solutions template

Hi everyone,

I'm working with the "know your zone" solutions template and i need to edit the description shown in the pop up.

The description its not present in any editable layer and it seems to be that come from an attached code called "Know Your Zone". 

Is there a way to edit the content of the pop up? its possible download and edit the attached code assuming it contains the description shown above?
