Missing Business Data

When is a business included in the BA business data?  I was trying to do some work with Dentist offices and looking in my local area noticed that some of the offices do not appear in the list of businesses included with BA. 

These offices have been in these locations for years.  They have mutiple employees.  Does anyone know why they would not appear?

Hello Zachary,
Thank you for your post.
We only include one business listing per medical office instead of including multiple listings of one medical office for each doctor or dentist in the practice.  Therefore, searching by address or doctor name will make a difference.
