Trash Services Configuration issue - Renaming layer and unable to create new features

I have deployed the My Trash Services to our Portal and I am now trying to configure the hosted feature layer to include more services.  We wont ever use the Mosquito layer so I tried to rename the layer to Bulky Waste and also added the Bulky Waste attribute to the type domain list.

Now when I go to create a new bulky waste service area it allows me to draw the shape but when I complete the feature it disappears.  I think it has to be something to do with changing the name of the layer but cant figure out what is going on.

When you look at the data tab on the item details page, does your new area show up?

My initial thought is that the symbology or display filters on that map specify the old layer name or domain value.
