Combine does not produce attribute fields for all rasters

Hello,

ArcMap10 (ArcInfo) with SP4 installed on Win7:

Using the Combine tool in SA does not produce attribute fields of all rasters involved in the process.
Just used Combine with two .tif layers as input and only one field representing one of the tifs appears in the output raster attribute table.

Can that be fixed?
