What determines square/cell size in optimised hotspot analyses?

Hi there!
I'm fairly new to using GIS and am using ArcGIS 10.2. I have created a few optimised hotspot analysis for different field of the same dataset. They're all creating great maps, but the output cell/square sizes vary greatly. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is that determines this cell size and if it is possible to standardise it?

Hi Lara,

The default output resolution, when a feature class is used as input, is the width or height (whichever is lesser) of the extent of the feature class divided by 250.

In Optimized Hot Spot Analysis dialog box, you could go to Environment settings > XY Resolution and Tolerance.

Specify the output resolution/ cell size in XY Resolution.

MNnot 100% sure what you're asking here? I did use this option; COUNT_INCIDENTS_WITHIN_FISHNET_POLYGONS:
However Jayanta's reponse seems to have fixed it.
