I use often use Storymaps to annotate or illustrate images as non-geographic maps.
In Express Maps, you can add a point or a numbered point to a map and then include a title, text, and/or image that pops-up when hovering over the point. Super cool, love it.
Similarly, in Markup Beta, you can also add a point or numbered point to an image BUT there's no option for additional material (title, text, image) when hovering over the point. My idea is to add that feature to Markup (Beta). Thus, when a user adds a point or numbered point in Markup, they should have the same option as Express Maps to add a title, text, and image to pop-up when a user hovers over the point.
