adding video (MP4) to story map fails

I am trying to upload a 20 mb MP4 file to storymap, but the upload fails. I have tried several times and with different videos. What am i doing wrong?

Hi there, i'm sorry to hear that you are having issues!

  • Are you seeing this issue with other mp4 files?
  • Are you trying to add the video directly to a Storymap or are you embedding it?
  • Are you seeing this issue in a new Storymap?
  • Are you able to share the mp4 file with us so that we can test?
