I'm a team manager (I have several team managers) and I have a layer where each person can view their own data (we have field team members, there are several field teams), the person creates an item (collects data), edits, and deletes it. The manager can, through a view of the original layer, see only the data of the elements of their team, so far so good.

The issue is, imagine that a team manager wants to collect data and that this data should be visible to a member of their team, meaning each member of their team should be able to see the information they create through their application (this should all be done via Survey123 (this reasoning also applies to other ESRI Apps)) in addition to the information created by their team manager and that the manager wants that team member to see.

This can be achieved through Survey123 form filters, but in the service call, the information is exposed because the filter is applied via the form (it's on the form side) and not in the database/layer or service settings. The goal is to have a single service feeding the technicians' Survey123 that allows this dual condition without compromising the information.

Regarding the team managers, each team manager should log in to their application and see the data created by their team members, as well as the data created by themselves for the different members of their team.

If possible, a single layer/service for both forms, eventually one layer/service per form (one form for team managers and another for team members).

The study should have an active inbox, as our form will be filled out over 16 weeks, spanning several stages.

This is for a clinical study, where team leaders are doctors and team members are patients, some of whom may not have skills in the field of informatics, and eventually it will be the doctor who fills in their data for them based on their responses. The project is being prepared for each person to do their job without having to know much about technology; the aim is for patients to fill out their forms, and when they are unable to do so, doctors will do it for them based on their responses.

I'm not sure if I was clear in describing what I have in mind; perhaps it's easy and I'm just not seeing how to do it.
