Export and Edit Non-hosted Data in Survey123

It would be helpful to be able to edit and export data from a feature layer pulled into a different organization with a URL in the survey 123 app.
Our current workflows push us to publish data in ArcGIS Online if the public (or a subset of the public such as a contractor) will have access to it. We then create a survey (using both survey 123 and field maps) in AGOL for the public/contractors to use. However, we use Enterprise portals for internal data/use including dashboards that allow internal staff to view the data coming in. That is thus where our internal staff has accounts (they do not have AGOL logins, just enterprise portal). Currently, our staff cannot edit and export the data in the survey 123 app because it is not hosted in the portal they are using (rather it is hosted on AGOL and pulled in using a URL). There is the workaround by pulling the data into ArcGIS Pro to export, but it would be most ideal to edit and export the data in the survey 123 form directly so that other fields can calculate based on what is filled out.
