Hi, we have a survey123 form that was previously working without issue, and recently we've found that when we edit any of our existing records via Survey123, the fields populated with image names attached previously, are being overwritten/deleted when an additional attachment is added to the record, or if the form isupdated/modified with no new photo attachments, the existing attachment name fields are being nulled out, even though the attachments are all still there. Anyone have insight as to what changed that's causing this to happen? What modifications can be made so that we can retain our attachment image names that we've set the form up to populate in the text fields.
