errors when exporting form information to excel or csv

Hello, I would like to know how to correct this problem. I collected information on November 24 in the afternoon, as night was approaching, using survey 123.
The time and day (November 24) of the information taken appears correctly on the web platform.
But when I export the information in excel or csv format, some data in the fields appear to have been collected on November 25 at dawn, which is incorrect.
How can I solve this problem ?

At first guess I would suggest that you are on default UTC time as opposed whatever is the appropriate offset for your area that is configurable in the application. Check out: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/dates-and-time-in-survey123/ba-p/895528
