Submitting one survey for multiple existing point records

I am using Survey123 with Field Maps and I am fairly new to both applications. I have a layer created using Field Maps for tree points, we will now be using Survey123 to collect the maintenance work done on those individual trees. Because the same work will be done on multiple trees, we would rather not have to submit an individual survey for each tree.

Is there a possibility to submit one survey for multiple existing records?

As in, can the results of one survey be assigned to multiple tree records that have different ID.

Thank you in advance for any help.

The short answer is "no". Survey123 is meant to work on a per-row basis in the connected layer, so there's no way to get it to apply to multiple features.

You can get a survey to edit multiple related records, but not multiple records of the primary layer. S123 does allow you to cache your answers for future responses, making it easier to fill out a new survey with previous values. Would that help?
