Survey123 Collaborate - Share Results producing error when saving

Hi All,

I have published a new Survey123 form from S123 Connect and trying to set the share settings under the collaborate tab. While the survey is sharing to my group just fine, I get the following error (image below) when I try to share the results of the survey to the same group. 

I've published many S123 forms over the years and have not run into this issue before. I also find it odd that it seems to be created a stakeholder view file using the service URL instead of the form name. None of my other forms have done that. 

I've found some other forum posts about this, but all seem pretty dated and non included a solution. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi! Did you ever find a solution for this? I am experiencing this error for the first time today as well?

Hi Renee,

I don't actually recall the specifics of this one, but I did find a way to resolve it. I believe I ended up deleting the service completely and republishing it from Connect, but I'm not 100% certain on that.
