Survey123 Webapp guidance hint color change

Hello,

I am developing a survey using Survey123 Connect. As part of the survey I will be using guidance hints to offer definitions/expectations of what to enter into specific fields. The problem is, the tooltip for guidance hints is difficult to see on the background. I cannot change the background color as it has to fit organizational theming, is there some way to change the color of the "Details" tooltip as it is displayed in the webapp? Screenshot below:
