Thank you for your question! Private early adopters of ArcGIS Urban (on Kubernetes and Windows/Linux) will begin in the Summer of 2023 with Enterprise 11.2. The official release will be determined once enough testing, feedback, and improvements are completed.

Is there a way to become a early adopter? Currently my organization is looking to purchase ArcGIS Urban, but would be beneficial if we could keep it in Enterprise as It's primarily being used by our planners internally. Are there criteria we must follow? We are a municipal (city) government so we would plan to use this extensively.

Thank you for your question and your interest in ArcGIS Urban on Enterprise. 

We haven't decided yet if (and if yes when) we will be launching a public early adopter program following the private early adopter program starting this summer. For the latter we don't have any space left unfortunately.  Maybe you can send me your contact information via private message so that we could contact you in case of a public early adopter program.

The public release of ArcGIS Urban on Enterprise is still anticipated for 2024.
