Idea Help! Feed > Buffer > Filter > list emails from an email field
Hi! I'm trying to create a dynamic email send list. I want to buffer around a new point in layer 1 and select any points from layer 2 that fall inside of that buffer, and then extract a list of emails from an email field in layer 2 - and then populate that into the email output. So like - send an email to all the points from layer 2 in the area whenever a point is added to layer 1.
I'm a beginner to ArcGIS Velocity and don't even really know which analytics to use or how to set them up. I've got the feed set up for layer 1, buffer, and i've dropped in layer 2 from agol but not really sure where to go from there.
How do I:
1. Use the buffer to select the points from layer 2?
2. Once those points are selected, how do I pull the email values out of layer 2 and put them in a nice list to throw into the email output?
