Bing Layer Performance

Hi,

I have used bing maps in FV1.3 which work great and have good response however in FV2.4 application, there is a significant loss in performance, especially when zooming out after having zoomed in. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there anyway to improve the performance of the Bing Maps.

We were having Network problems this morning and the Bing base maps wouldn't display in Mozilla Firefox. But they would display in Internet Explorer. Go figure? We are on FlexViewer 2.4 and some apps are FlexViewer 2.5 with the same results.
