Hi
I have a random error in my flex application:

" ....layer failed to load: Fault code: 400   Fault info: Unable to complete operation  Fault details: Invalid URL ...."

I guess this error appeared after that I installed AGS SP4. although I,m not sure.

If after this error I press F5 key, flex will load all layers normally. But this is not good for flex application.
what should I do?
Regards

Try monitoring the http traffice using http proxy tool such as firebug/fiddler/httpfox/charles to see which request is failing.

One thing you could check is to see if the check and repair idle instances for your map services is checked and that is does this check in some reasonable time period (15 min?). These options are under the process tab of your map service.

I get the same error everyday. Refreshing the application resolves it. But not good if the users get this message whenever they start the application.

Tried Fiddler, no issue identified there. Also looked into AGS log files, none there.

I have the same problem, too.  If I refresh, the layer loads.  I do have a lot of map services (12) to load into the map.  It is not always the same layer that fails to load.
