I have several small-area tiled services of imagery with LODs of 1:4000 - 1:125
I'd like to use the world grey basemap to fill in the large areas in between.
I tried to set the grey basemap layer to type="dynamic" but the small-area imagery doesn't show on top of the grey basemap.
I also set the transparancy of the grey basemap to 50% to see if they were showing up behind but they weren't...
How can I have the world grey basemap and my small-area tiled service appear together?
Is the dynamic zooming of the grey basemap missing my LODs for the tiled services?
Should (Can) I manually set the LODs for the grey basemap to connect with my other map services?
