Draw Tool Add-in

I was curious if there is an add-on with a Draw tool, kind of like what the Flex viewer has with the draw & measure tool.  I got the measure tool to work after installing Silverlight 5.

I found an example in Flex, but not for the sliverlight viewer..

Does silverlight have a graphics layer like in flex??
