Is it possible to add KML network link to Viewer?

Hi Oleg,

One option for adding a KML layer is to add it to a web map on ArcGIS Online and then consume it in the Viewer. A note on this, though, that unfortunately we have a bug where you might receive an error and some KML layers won't display.
