I'd like to open the popup in the viewer programmatically; instead of clicking on the feature, I have a custom add in with a button. I'd like to click that button, and it opens the popup window. (It will be a search function; I would search for a particular feature by an attribute, and once it finds that feature, it zooms to it and automatically opens the window. I can do the search and the zoom and pass the parameter, I just don't know how to open the popup.) Can anyone help?
