I would like to be able to add a temporary point to a Webmap and be able to Buffer it without creating a hosted feature layer. I want this because I don't want anyone to be able to edit in my Portal or try to find the old hosted feature class to create a new point. This is to difficult for my employees.
This will only happen a few times a year and it would be the easiest to just create everything temporary and just delete it when they are done.
