At the moment, it is cost prohibitive for a small organization to have custom print layouts for their web applications made through Web App Builder. Can there be a way for someone with an ArcGIS Online account to upload a print service to their account and pay for a custom print out that they designed?
The only option currently is that the organization must have an ArcGIS Server license and its own servers to host a print service that is then linked to the web application for a custom print layout. I was told over the phone that it would cost a minimum of $25,000 to get off the ground with ArcGIS Enterprise.
