Batch Attribute Editor did not show Time in Date field

Hi 

I have a Batch Attribute Editor widget in my WebApp. It works very well until last week. The Date field was used to show both Date and Time, but not now as it currently shows Date only. I confirm that I can see the Time from the pop-up, not in Batch Attribute Editor.

I did try a couple of web maps that has Date field too, the widget still do not show the Time.

What should I do to get the Time back on?

Any ideas/help is really appreciated.
