Yes, you can have multiple jobs have the same version assigned to the same user. There is no restriction in Workflow Manager that restricts one person per job. We also do not restrict the number of jobs that can share the same version. You can create the number of jobs that you want and assign to a user. From the Job Properties tab > DataWorkspace, you can click the browse button next to the version name to view existing versions and select the one you would like to associate with your job.
