In Workforce, when the Dispatcher selects features on which to assign work, it highlights in cyan and flashes twice. Then the highlight disappears and it's up to the user to remember which feature it was. Likewise, if there is an existing assignment, you click on it, the map zooms, and the feature highlights in cyan and flashes twice. Then the highlight disappears. The individual assignment can be opened and there is a "Highlight" option, but again it selects in cyan and only flashes twice then disappears.
It would be great if the selection (cyan color) was persistent or if it kept flashing. Then the user would know exactly which feature is the selected.
