Customise "Declined Reason" with Domains

Hi, 

We've been using Workforce for almost 2 years now, and the current workflow of declined assignments is working fine, but requires a person to determine the next action. With the "declined reason" being an open text field where the user can write anything, we have to read through the response to determine if there is a valid reason for it to be declined, and then take action based on the reason. 

For example:

- If the job is no longer necessary, then it needs to be cancelled

- If the job needs to get reassigned to a different person, then we need to manually do that 

- If the declined reason is not valid, we need to reassign it to the same person and/or change the due date

What would be great is if we could have a set of defined responses so that we can automate the decline process. It might look something like this:

Declined Reason (choose one):

- Job Cancelled 

- Reassign to another team 

- Reassign to a different advisor on the same team

- Wrong assignment type

Is this something that will be considered in future releases of Workforce? There is already the open text field "notes" where the user can write whatever they want, so this would help us streamline the decline process without human interaction.
