The new Workforce Worker Map does not allow duplicate layers referencing the same featureclass/layer. This is commonly done to show status on a map. This appears to be related to the replica that gets created for the disconnected environment. We have encountered this multiple times now. In one example, we have a polygon layer in the Worker Map twice, and we hide/show the polygons using a definition query for a field that is different than the field used for symbology. Both layers show in the dispatcher map and the worker map in a web browser. However, neither layer shows in the Workforce Mobile App. They don't even show up in the layer list. One of the layers has to be removed in order to display the layer.
Has anyone figured out a work around to this?

Hi Bruce,
That's correct. This is a requirement of offline there cannot be duplicate layers (layers pointing to the same underlying data).
We don't have a solution for this requirement at this time - as it's an issue within the platform.

Thank you Craig!
Hi. We get around this by creating a view layer and adding that to the webmap. Been using this method for years in Collector and now Fieldmaps when using offline areas.
