I am a Level 2 user and administrator in my organization who can create/publish content.

Why is the Workforce Projects screen constantly showing as loading content and the Create Project button grayed-out?

I have yet to create my first project.

Hi Roger,

What browser are you using? Do you have an option to try another?

Does your organisation have 'Allow access to the organization through HTTPS only' enabled through Organisation > Edit Settings > Security? If so, make sure you are accessing Workforce using https instead of http.

Thanks Carmel,

I tried it in IE and it works OK. Then I cleared the Chrome cache and it works correctly.

We're still sorting security and implementing Portal so I won't poke around too much with Organisation security settings just yet.

Thanks.

So Chrome really doesn't like this. It happens every day everywhere when signing into AGOL. In WorkForce it won't sign in properly at all, and in other places (Survey123 for instance) it won't sign in on first attempt.

Hi Roger,

It sounds like you're running into a repeatable issue with Chrome and several areas of ArcGIS.  I'd suggest logging a support issue for it.

You could also confirm that your version of Chrome is up to date; that might help with what you're seeing.

Thanks, Craig.

I raised the issue with our distributor and through a process of elimination it turned out to probably be one of the Chrome Extensions. Not sure which one because I did some house cleaning a dumped a whole lot at once.

Cheers,

Roger.
