Hello,
We have ArcMap 10.8.2 configured on an EC2 instance on AWS. The ArcMap application is configured with a Concurrent User license, and the EC2 instance is authorized for multiple user logins (using Windows CAL)
The first user can RDP to the EC2 instance and access ArcMap without any issues. However, the next user who logs in to the same EC2 instance is unable to switch between the license options available in ArcGIS Administrator until the 1st user closes the ArcMap session.
We have confirmed that Administrator privileges or 'Run as Administrator' does not resolve the issue. The same setup and licensing works for ArcGIS Pro.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
