Hi All,
I am new to GIS. I have a stand alone table where X and Y codinates of the vehicle are stored and table will be continuesly updated. I am reading X,Y codinates and putting a image file on that location so user will see that vehicle is moving.
Now I want to Click on on the Image and get the vehicle information from the table. Since the table is not featureClass I am stuggling alot.
Plz help me.
