ArcPad .apm file error when opened from Windows explorer

Hi All,

When I double click on an ArcPad .apm file from Windows explorer, I get an error message that the file was not found. But when I open the same file from from ArcPad it works fine. Is there any issue on opening an ArcPad .apm file from Windows explorer? Please note I'm using ArcPad 10.2.

I manage to solve this issue using the Create App Shortcut.
