After installing the arcreader it always start with the "Gathering information".
It is actually not realy stuck it is just on a loop and only if I press the cancel many times eventually it will work.
I'm running Windows XP SP3 and there is nothing wrong with it as I see it.
Did some one had the same problem?
Please give me advice how to resolve the issue.
