Changed to sql express geodatabase now red exclamation points

Hi all,

I moved my data from gdb to a sql express geodatabase. I added the windows user as a read only permission on the sql geodatabase but he still gets the red exclamation points on the data when he opens the .pmf. Any thoughts?

Hi Andrea,

Was the PMF file created after the data (layers) were linked with the SQL Express database (Data Source)?

So it turns out that he didn't have the sql native client installed on his computer. So we installed that and it reads the data fine now. Thanks for responding though.
