Zoom to feature

I have created a map with multiple land owners, I have it set up in arc map to zoom to a certain owner. When i publish the map and right click the owners name i get an option to zoom to layer extent, which brings me to the entire layer extent. How do i get so in arc reader when i right click an owners name i can just zoom to their property?

I think this will work if you make each owner a separate layer.  Or do a definition query in and exclude all others, then bring in the feature class multiple times and change the query.  One of those methods should work.
