Picasa photos in Map Tour

I'm curious what information is used when using photos from Picasa in the Map Tour template?

1. What information is used to locate the photos? Lat/long?
2. Will the photo description be included as a tag?

Does anyone know an answer to these two questions?

The title associated with your picture will be used to populate the point name.
If defined the location information is also used.
Not sure what you refer as the description but picture name and location are the only information used.
