Story Map Cascade Pop Up touch from mobile issue

Story Map Cascade technical question: My "Map Notes" that are included as pins etc from my "Web Maps" that are added as media within the  are not working from mobile devices when viewing the Story Map. From the PC/Windows it works great to mouse click and view the information about the "Map Note" pin or other items but, nothing works to touch and activate from mobile within the Story Map. Is there a setting I am missing?

The data links work from PC but, touch from iPhone or Android are not

working.
