Once I embed a story map created with a free ArcGIS Online account, within a website, is it possible to keep updating the story map within the same free account? Are there any costs associated at some point? (for instance, due to traffic or capacity of data).
Yes you can continue updating your story map with the free public account. There are no costs associated with it.
