I'd like to do a one-time research project on optimal locations for a small business and was wondering if that type of activity would be considered an excluded usage of the $100 annual license for ArcGIS for Desktop, since it's technically a "commercial project." I have some academic experience with ArcGIS (as part of a graduate certificate program) but it's been several years since I've done much with it. So I'd love the opportunity to use it in a practical/professional context if allowed.
