ESRI GNSS fields not populating with GPS signal

Hi, I am using ArcGIS Field Maps to create points, however the last and long fields aren't populating with data. I have turned off wifi and Bluetooth and have tried updating the point after creation, but the fields stay blank. I also can't see them in the forms tab either. Can someone help please

What GNSS device are you using? If you are turning off BT then I think you are using the inbuilt GNSS of the device. If the positions come through mock location then FM doesn't read all the metadata.
