Coverting XML file to Shapefile

Hi All,

I am using ArcMap 10.

I have an XML file of network (with nodes and links). I would like to convert it to ESRI shapefile. I have converted XML into CSVs with nodes.csv and links.csv. I managed to convert nodes.csv into ESRI shapefile. But, it seems difficult to convert links.csv into ESRI shapefile.

Would be great to hear on how to convert polyline or line of XML file into ESRI shape file.
