I'm trying to export a shapefile to CAD and when I import it into AutoCad I get the polylines, Point but I can't get any of the attributes to transfer over to cad.  Is thier a way for me to get the attributes to export.  I've tried Shape to Cad also converting the shapefile to a feature class then exporting the anno as a .dwg then importing that into Cad but that is not working.  Is thier a way in ArcMap that I coud fix it or is thier something that I should be doing in CAD.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

One way to see attributes on Autocad is installing the plug-in Arcgis for Autocad, you can find it on ESRI products.
Actually, I'm trying to export attribute values to autocad block reference, but I didn't get any luck, yet. If you'd like to try it, see the post below.
