For a reason I can't figure out, the results from running the landscape metric contagion is giving me the exact opposite results that I should be getting. For instance, the middle of the forest has a value of 0. That is definitely not right! I've been running a moving window analysis on my study area, which I have as signed integer, GRID formatted, with a cell size of 10x10 and a moving window of 150m in diameter. I valued all the no data/background cells as -1. I can't figure out why contagion is coming up so off! I feel like it has to have something to do with the formatting of the raster file.
