Currently I am geo-referencing tiffs in Arcmap 10.5.1 and the current problem I am facing is when I set the control points and update the geo-referencing the tiff moves to an area none of the control points are located. This happens for each tiff the first time I update the geo-referencing . My current fix is removing the tiff from Arc and deleting the files in catalog that are created from updating the geo-reference, after that it works normal again until I move onto the next tiff.
Is there any fix to this problem? Any help is much appreciated.
